Everything it produces is AI-generated and may be wrong — treat it as practice material, and confirm every fact that matters against the official source for your exam. We can't guarantee an exam result, and you shouldn't rely on the app alone for one.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ziphoenix ("we", "us"), the provider of the Exam Coach AI mobile application and the website at examcoachai.tinyapps.me (together, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, institution or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Exam Coach AI is a study aid. It uses artificial intelligence to generate subject and topic breakdowns, study plans, practice questions, mock tests, explanations and written-answer feedback for exams that you name.
It is not a registration, application or admission service. It cannot submit forms, pay fees, issue admit cards, or communicate with any examination authority on your behalf, and it does not distribute official question papers or official study material.
Substantially all content in the Service — syllabus summaries, exam patterns, topic lists, questions, answers, explanations, study plans and evaluations — is generated automatically by AI models. It is unofficial and is provided for practice only.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated or factually wrong. It is not a substitute for the official notification, syllabus or rules published by the authority conducting your exam. Before relying on any exam detail — syllabus, eligibility, exam pattern, marking scheme, fees, dates, admit cards or results — you must verify it on that authority's official website. We publish the official source for every exam we cover at Official Exam Sources.
You are responsible for how you use the Service's output. Do not rely on it for any decision with legal, financial, medical or admission consequences without independent verification.
Exam Coach AI is an independent educational app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or in any way officially connected to any government entity, public service commission, examination board, university, testing agency or certification body.
Exam names, authority names and abbreviations appear in the Service solely to identify the exam a user is preparing for. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners, and their use here is nominative and descriptive only.
You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract where you live, and if your use is not prohibited by any applicable law. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
Some features require an account, created with Google, Apple or an email address, or used as a guest. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through our account deletion page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, practice and test history, study plan and coach conversations.

The Service is currently free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party ad networks, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for products and services they promote.
We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will make the terms of any purchase clear before you buy, and paid features will not retroactively remove access you already have.
The Service — including its software, design, branding and the arrangement of its content — is owned by Ziphoenix and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own exam preparation, subject to these Terms.
You may use the study material the Service generates for you for your own preparation, including printing it for personal use. You may not sell it, publish it as your own product, or use it to operate a competing service.
You keep ownership of the questions, essays and answers you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to process and store them so we can operate the Service — for example, to generate feedback, maintain your history and improve reliability. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third parties, including cloud hosting, authentication providers, AI model providers and advertising networks, and it links to external websites such as the official sites of examination authorities. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of us by them, or of them by us.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, supported exams and limits on usage. We may set fair-use limits on AI-generated content to keep the Service running for everyone. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 3, 4, 9, 14, 15, 16 and 18 — will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Service's content is accurate, complete, current or aligned with any official syllabus or exam pattern, and we make no promise about any exam result, score, rank, selection or admission. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziphoenix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, marks, rank, admission, employment or profit, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including any reliance on AI-generated content or on any exam detail that turned out to be inaccurate or out of date.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ziphoenix and its personnel from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For material changes we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email where we can. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Kerala, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
